Day 259 – 51 Surf Rust Bucket Woodie

Today was the last day of the Classic Car Cruise nights in Encinitas for the summer. There weren’t quite as many classics out for show, but it definitely was the night for woodie wagons. I’ve never seen so many in the same place before.

When you see them, they are usually either in good shape or immaculately restored, but I’ve never seen one that looks used, old, and decayed like this one. For this reason, it seemed to steal the show; getting more attention than the perfectly restored woodies right next to it.
