Day 62 – Bloomin’ Potato

A potted Potato Flower bloom reminds me of the great pictures to come with spring time.

Spring time around San Diego is amazing, and the hillsides are awash in all sorts of colors. As the wildflower bloom comes, you can expect some (hopefully) amazing pictures of vast fields of wildflowers, and I even plan to try to time it right to make it out to Anza Borrego State Park this year for the brief but spectacular desert wildflower bloom. At its peak, it’s counted in days, not weeks. This project will give me just the incentive I needed to do the drive when the time comes.

The potato flower is one of Susan’s favorites, so naturally I have a potted one on the patio.
